Philosophy
Poco's
Playhouse, LLC will always emphasize good manners
and good health. Dogs should be able to interact with one another without
inciting any aggressive actions, and should know or be able to adapt
to basic training behaviors (sit, stay). Dogs should also receive appropriate
amounts of food/treats, water, exercise, rest, and attention. The staff
at Poco's Playhouse, LLC will ensure that these
requirements are fulfilled for each dog that visits the playhouse.
Dog
owners should not have to worry for their pets safety when they leave
their pet with a caregiver. Poco's Playhouse, LLC is
a facility committed to putting the owners minds at ease. While
at Poco's Playhouse, LLC the client can take comfort
in knowing that someone who has been well-trained to safely handle dogs
is caring for their dogs. In the case of unusual circumstances, such
as thunder storms, fires, or other unforeseen and potentially traumatic
situations, owners can feel secure knowing their dogs are being cared
for properly.
Poco's
Playhouse, LLC also promotes education at every
opportunity. Occasional seminars on dog care, grooming, training, adoption/rescue,
and
other pet-related topics may be open to the public. Poco's
Playhouse, LLC will also provide volunteer positions for students
enrolled in animal care programs, and volunteer opportunities for the community.
