Who Can Be A Playmate?

All playmates must complete the application form, liability waiver, provide proof of vaccinations and alteration, and pass a temperament assessment.

Owner Agreement

All playmates at Poco's Playhouse must be in good general health, and provide proof of the following vaccinations:

• DHLPP (Distemper/Parvo)
• Rabies (1yr.)
• Bordetella (Kennel Cough)

All potential Playmates must pass a temperament assessment. Temperament assessments will be scheduled by Poco's Playhouse, LLC staff upon approval of initial application and vaccination/alteration proof. All eligible dogs will be assessed for proper group attitude. Dogs that appear aggressive toward staff or other playmates may not be accepted.
